SCOPE

These Conditions of Use govern the relationship between the company Ad Rem Technology, owner of the site for online sale veinoplus.com and any final buyer in the context of distant sale. Accordingly, any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE VALIDATION

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Informatic validation of the order generates an automatic acknowledgment of the order from the customer. Ad Rem Technology is reserved the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. The information compiled by the buyer during the order-taking, engage it. In case of error in the address of the recipient, the seller can not be held responsible for failure of delivery of the product. In this case the buyer remains liable for the entire order and transport costs.

PRICE – PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Euros (VAT included), excluding postage. The charges appear once the customer has entered and validated contact details for delivery. The “total amount payable” stated page 5 in the “Summary Order” is the final price, including VAT and all taxes for France and the countries of the European Union. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and transport costs. Any local customs fees are paid directly by the recipient.

You have two ways of payment offering maximum guarantees of safety. You can pay :
1. By credit card online on our secure payment page (partnership with CIC Bank): – By credit card, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, the payment is secured by SSL. This is most reliable secured online payment on the Internet, all personal information is protected and encrypted before transmission to our processing center (for more info see “Our Commitments”).

2. Check sent by normal mail : By returning a check with the final price and a summary of the order available on the website (optional payment by check) by mail (Ad Rem Technology, 162 Rue du Faubourg Saint Honore – 75008 PARIS) Caution : We only accept payments by mail in the form of a check in euros, payable by a French bank, to Ad Rem Technology with your order number on the back (page 5: Nb registered in the “Order Summary”).
In case of payment by check, the sum is charged when the goods are sent after receipt of the check by mail. The cost of sending the check to Ad Rem Technology are charged to the customer. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order.

AVAILABILITY

Our offer is valid whithin available stock. To ensure an excellent level of customer information, Ad Rem Technology has developed a system to update inventory of products offered for sale on the internet. However, in case of unavailability of product after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. The buyer can then request cancellation, exchange or refund of its order to «info@adremtechnology.com».

DELIVERY

Delivery is made by post. Delivery time is normally lies between 72 and 96 h in metropolitan France (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) upon receipt of order confirmation and payment. With La Poste, you are delivered at home in 48 hours (working days for metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco) according do deposit time.

Any delays caused by mail does not entitle the buyer to claim damages. Warning: If you choose to pay by check, the order will be processed once we receive it within the according delays. The products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the checkout process. Please indicate clearly all the features of the delivery area (house name, place area name, floor nb etc. …) to limit potential errors. You can have it delivered to your home or your workplace.

In case of items delivered at different dates given their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. Any order not shipped within 30 days is canceled. Claims: The buyer must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of delivery. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (order éronnée, damaged …) should be reported by email to « info@adremtechnology.com » within 2 working days of receipt of the articles. If the products need to be returned that must be done within 2 days after delivery. Any claims made after this deadline will not be accepted. The return of the product could be accepted for products in their original condition (unopened package).

CONFORMITY and QUALITY

Ad Rem Technology agrees to refund or exchange defective or non-conform products. The customer must make its request by email “info@adremtechnology.com” within two business days after delivery for items not corresponding to the order (delivery error, non-compliance products …). For any claim, the customer has to specify the contact details, order number, product reference and reasons for the claim. Any claims made after this deadline will not be accepted.
Ad Rem Technology will exchange or refund the product. The return of goods in case of product error will be accepted for complete products in their original condition (unopened package …) with a copy of the invoice. In case of malfunction or non-conformity, shipping and return will be refunded to the customer.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

The buyer has a period of 7 days from receipt to return the product which does not suit him. The shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. Only the price of thepurchased product will be refunded. This right of return will be accepted for complete products in their original condition (packaging) with a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or spoilt by the Customer are not refunded. Ad Rem Technology will reimburse the customer within a period of 7 days after receipt of goods. Reimbursement will be made by check sent to the customer who placed the order at the billing address.

RESPONSIBILITY

The products are conform to French legislation and standards applicable in France. The photographies, texts, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products only reflects the tastes of the author and are not contractual. Ad Rem Technology can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or communications, flood, fire. Ad Rem Technology has no liability for any indirect result of this, damage or expense that might arise from the purchase of products. Hyperlinks can refer to other sites and we disclaim any responsibility if the content of these sites violate the legal provisions in force.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF CLIENT DATA

To guaranty protection of your privacy, veinoplus.com treats all your information in strict confidentiality. When you shop, we ask only for contact information (shipping address, phone, e-mail) to ensure quality treatment and careful monitoring of your order. We undertake coordinated use of your phone number to resolve any problems as late deliveries or product exchange. We guarantee that the data collected online will never be sold, rented or loaned. Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have a right to access and rectify data about yourself : info@adremtechnology.com

Newsletter : You can be informed about our offers by a newsletter. The frequency of transmission is usually monthly. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

All clauses in these general conditions of sale, and all purchases and sales that are referred will be subject to French law. The Commercial Court of Paris (75) is competent after all the possibilities of settlement have been tried.
