After sales service & warranty
Maintenance
VEINOPLUS does not require maintenance or special settings. If necessary, use alcohol wipes to clean the device. The cable supplied with VEINOPLUS can be replaced, if necessary, through your local VEINOPLUS distributor . The after sales service is provided by Ad Rem Technology or its authorized agents.
Warranty
VEINOPLUS is guaranteed 24 months against any manufacturing defect except for battery, broken glass, normal wear of electrodes, damage due to improper use and interventions on VEINOPLUS by unauthorized third parties.
In case of problem
Problem : The device does not work, nothing appears on the screen.
Solution : Install a new alkaline battery.
Problem : The screen works but there is no sensation in the legs.
Solution : Ensure that the electrodes have been well applied to the skin and are both connected to the device.
Increase the intensity of stimulation by briefly pressing the “+” button.
Problem : When the electrodes are applied on both legs, i.e. an electrode on each leg, the sensation is different between the two legs.
Solution : The calf muscles are not necessarily symmetrical.
Continue processing until the least receptive leg reaches the same sensation level of the other. If after 30 minutes of treatment the leg still does not respond, you can apply the two electrodes on it for 20 additional minutes of treatment.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS FOR USE, STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
- VEINOPLUS did not generate excessive electromagnetic interference (EMI), when tested according to the norm: EN 60601-1-2: 2001. The device can be used during flight except during takeoff and landing.
- VEINOPLUS is not intended for use in sterile environments or in presence of functioning electro-surgery devices.
- VEINOPLUS and its accessories should be stored/transported at temperatures between +5 and +27°C and relative humidity (RH) between 35-50%
- VEINOPLUS devices must be disposed of in accordance with environnemental laws.
